Job Description
The Resident Monitor is responsible for the accountability of male and female offenders throughout the 24-hour shifts, seven days a week. This is a part-time, hourly position eligible for overtime. The role involves daily reporting of violations, maintaining relationships, conducting safety inspections, and assisting with facility procedures.
Requirements
- Report accountability violations of all offenders.
- Maintain relationships with organizations, groups, and individuals.
- Assure offender accountability by proper procedures.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly safety, security and sanitation inspections.
- Conduct on-site collection of urine samples, vehicle searches, facility searches, and initiate monthly fire drills.
- Assist with familiarizing offenders with emergency procedures.
