Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in business administration or related field
- Previous experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or HR Analytics, preferably in a global or shared services environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation data, market surveys, and trends
- Experience supporting compensation cycles such as merit, bonus, and salary review processes
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with HR systems and compensation tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain compensation concepts to diverse stakeholders
- English proficiency
