Job Description
We value every employee and are seeking a Global Compensations & Benefits Specialist to join our growing team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for proposing, developing, and implementing organizational structure initiatives and compensation, benefits, and incentive programs to support the attraction, retention, and management of talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Finance
- Business level fluency in English
- 5+ years of experience in Organization and Compensations roles
- Compensation management experience with at least 2 or more countries
- Previous experience in job evaluations
- Previous experience with market analysis for benefits and salaries
- Previous experience utilizing HRIS systems (SuccessFactors, WorkDay, etc)
