Job Description
Kellanova is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our night shift team and ensure smooth execution and high performance in our Rome, Georgia plant. The role involves guiding a dedicated team, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement, and optimizing processes to drive operational excellence.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing safety and/or quality programs in a manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience in manufacturing
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Strong manufacturing aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office
