Job Description
As a Production Supervisor at Kellanova, you will oversee overnight manufacturing and warehouse operations, supervising hourly employees and ensuring production and logistics plans are executed safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Substantial, proven leadership and supervisory experience in manufacturing or operations
- Demonstrated experience managing safety and/or quality programs and processes in a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Availability to work 3rd shift (overnight) with regular weekend coverage
