Job Description
Commercial Management Assistant position in a leading company in specialized and health services. Responsibilities include assisting the Commercial Director, managing their agenda, and providing administrative support to the Commercial Department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Commerce, or related field
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, agenda management, event organization, correspondence follow-up, database management
- Basic intermediate English (written, read, and spoken)
- Advanced Excel management
- Basic knowledge or notions in the management of a CRM and Google suite
- Excellent presentation skills
- Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet
- Experience and good skills in the use of digital tools and social media
