Benefits Verification Specialist

We are looking for a Benefits Verification Specialist to contact insurance companies to verify patient specific benefits. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.

Requirements

• Telephone Customer Service Experience
• Medical Office/Insurance/Claims experience preferred
• Strong Work History (at least 1 year at 3 of 5 past employers or 2 of 3 past employers)
• Proficient Windows based experience including fundamentals of data entry/typing
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
• Independent problem solver, good decision maker, and robust analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication
