Job Description
We are seeking a Contact Center/Customer Service Inbound professional to provide empathetic assistance to stranded motorists 24/7. The ideal candidate will have bilingual language skills, flexible work schedule, and call center or retail customer service experience.
Requirements
- Bilingual language skills
- Flexible work schedule Monday through Friday (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift; including the potential for weekend work)
- Call center or retail customer service experience
- Excellent clear communication skills
