Job Description
Kelly Services is currently seeking Customer Care Representatives for a top Healthcare Insurance client in Nashville, TN. The Customer Care Representative responds to customer questions by telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of previous Call Center experience
- Strong computer skills plus dual monitor and headset experience
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
