Ambulatory Service Representative II – Clinic Support

The Ambulatory Service Representative II – Clinic Support is responsible for patient check-in and check-out, registration, and cashiering functions within a fast-growing healthcare organization. This role requires a friendly and courteous attitude, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. The position focuses on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional office environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• 1+ years of direct face to face customer service experience
• 1+ years of cash handling or collections experience
• 1+ years of KSC ASR I or 6 months ASR II cross-training
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Basic Math ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
