Health plan OUTSIDE sales- Account Executive (Small Segment)

The Account Executive for Small Segment at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic focuses on establishing strategic relationships with key decision-makers within small employers. This role involves developing a Strategic Sales Plan, exceeding targets, and communicating with customers to identify and secure their needs. Successful candidates will be advocates and demonstrate revenue opportunities based on relationship development and long-term business value.

Requirements

• Associates degree or comparable work experience
• 3 years of experience in sales at a major health plan carrier or broker consulting firm
• Experience preparing responses to RFPs and in finalist presentations for commercial health insurance accounts
• TX General Lines Agent license
