Ken Garff Listening Center is hiring Remote Outbound Customer Service Representatives to join their growing contact center team.
Requirements
- Provide own equipment and meet technical requirements
- Have a quiet workspace free from noise and distractions
- Have strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Have typing speed of 30+ WPM
- Have positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
- Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Have strong multitasking, organization, and prioritization abilities
- Have previous customer service, call center, or sales experience
- Have high school diploma or equivalent
- Be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be fluent in Spanish (bilingual)
- Reside in Utah, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Wyoming, or Iowa
