Job Description
The Assisted Living Dietary Aide provides quality dining service to residents in the Assisted Living facility, communicating with residents about meal selection and assisting with menu completion and meal delivery. The role also involves supporting nursing staff with the resident dining experience and performing full service in the dining rooms.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents
- Basic math skills and accuracy with money handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy objects
- Ability to work all shifts between 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, including weekends
- High school degree or equivalent required
