Kendal at Hanover is a nonprofit Continuing Care Retirement Community seeking a compassionate Neighborhood Assistant to provide personalized comfort and support in an assisted living setting.

Requirements

• Communicating with residents about meal selection
• Supporting nursing staff with the resident dining experience
• Supporting residents with grooming needs
• Answering call bell alerts for residents
• Assisting with assuring resident care items are stocked in rooms
• Cross training in different neighborhoods
• Maintaining safety standards
• Assisting in transporting residents
• Providing 1:1 comfort and companionship
• Engaging residents to improve their physical, mental, and social well-being
