The Maintenance Supervisor is a technically skilled leader responsible for driving equipment reliability, uptime, and continuous improvement across the plant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) required
• 3–7 years of experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, or manufacturing operations
• Strong working knowledge of industrial systems (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic)
