Job Description
Kennedy Children's Center (KCC) is seeking a Workforce Coordinator to recruit participants for a six-week training program, manage the training, and help graduates secure positions in education. The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, and passionate about high-quality education, with experience in workforce development.
Requirements
- BA or BS preferred
- At least two years experience in workforce development, human resources, or related field
- Knowledge of human resource activities (recruiting, applications, interviewing, hiring, etc.)
- Ability to quickly assess candidate qualifications, suitability, readiness, and interest in positions
- Highly organized and comfortable writing and formatting professional documents
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) / Google Suite and willing to learn new software
