Client Service Manager - Water/Wastewater

Kennedy Jenks is seeking an experienced and collaborative Client Services Manager to join our growing team in Northern California. This key role will contribute to the growth and success of our client relationships by developing strategies, assembling teams, and executing plans to deliver KJ’s services efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or a similar engineering field.
• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering consulting with a proven track record of success in business development.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent client service, manage relationships, and understand client needs.
• Strong writing, editing, and research skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel within the Northern California area to project sites, client visits/meetings, and other Kennedy Jenks offices as needed.
