Client Service Manager - Water/Wastewater

Kennedy Jenks is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to join their team in Northern California. The role will contribute to the growth and success of client relationships by developing strategies, assembling teams, and executing plans to deliver services efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or a similar engineering field.
• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering consulting with a proven track record of success in business development.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Strong writing, editing, and research skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.
• Ability to travel within the Northern California area to project sites, client visits/meetings, and other Kennedy Jenks offices as needed.
