U.S. Patent Attorney / Junior Patent Associate (Remote)

Kennedy Lenart IP LLP is seeking a Junior Patent Associate with a strong technical background in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or a closely related discipline to join their growing intellectual property practice.

Requirements

• Prepare and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications in electrical engineering, computing, and related technologies
• Work directly with clients on invention disclosures, drafting strategy, and prosecution decisions
• Develop practical patent strategies and contribute to portfolio development
• Interpret and apply patent laws, USPTO guidance, and evolving best practices
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on quality control and workflow improvement
• Manage deadlines and contribute to efficient docket execution
