Kennedy Lenart IP LLP is seeking a registered U.S. Patent Attorney with a strong technical background in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or a closely related discipline to join our growing intellectual property practice.
Requirements
- Prepare and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications involving advanced electrical engineering, computing, and related technologies.
- Advise clients on patent strategy, portfolio development, and intellectual property protection.
- Interpret and apply patent laws, regulations, and USPTO guidance.
- Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy, invention disclosures, and prosecution matters.
- Participate in quality control, docket management, and other operational responsibilities.
- Perform additional duties as requested by firm partners.
