Job Description
The CSP Professional provides case management to program participants according to the participant's recovery/treatment plan. The position involves conducting comprehensive assessments, providing service coordination, individual supportive therapy, and advocating for program participants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with post-graduate clinical experience required
- Master's degree in social work or Bachelor's degree in behavioral science with relevant experience
- Effective communication skills in English
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to maintain records and document case notes daily
