Job Description
We are seeking an HR Specialist II to assist with new hire orientation, update HRIS systems, track attendance, and provide excellent customer service to employees. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of progressive HR experience, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of progressive HR experience
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Working knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems
- UltiPro (UKG) knowledge helpful
- Payroll processing knowledge
- Labor union experience preferred
- Transportation experience is helpful
