Job Description
The Human Resources and Social Benefits Technician provides administrative, technical, and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of HR activities, including employee file management, social benefits, and data in the HR system.
Requirements
- Diploma of college studies in human resources, administration, or a related field
- At least five years of experience in a similar role in human resources and social benefits
- Knowledge of the UKG system
- Having worked in a unionized environment
- Knowledge of social benefits regimes
- Bilingual (oral and written)
- Mastery of computer systems and ability to quickly learn new IT tools
- Strong team player capacity
- Sense of rigour, confidentiality, and customer service
- Good analytical, organizational, and priority management skills
