Job Description
We are seeking a social benefits and disability technician to support the operations related to the management of disability files, collective insurance, and retirement savings plans.
Requirements
- College diploma in Human Resources, Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a role related to social benefits, including management of disability files (STD / LTD), collective insurance, and retirement / savings plans.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex and sensitive files requiring rigor, judgment, professional maturity, and confidentiality.
