Facilities Engineer

Join Kepak as a Facilities Engineer and be responsible for the smooth running of our state-of-the-art facilities, including refrigeration, boiler, steam, and energy management. Work cross-functionally with different departments and contractors, and implement continuous improvement projects to improve site assets and refrigeration performance.

Requirements

• Electrical/Mechanical qualification, HNC or time spent in a Multi-skilled apprenticeship
• Services back-ground / facilities experience ideally within Food manufacturing or high volume manufacturing environment
• CI experience and use of Lean Manufacturing techniques
• Significant Trouble shooting and fault-finding diagnostics and resolution experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate team skills with a positive attitude and professional approach
