Kepak McIntosh Donald is a globally recognised brand and the largest red meat producer in Scotland, looking for a Lairage Operative to care for the welfare of livestock in the holding areas.

Requirements

• Always maintain Animal Welfare
• Unload livestock
• Locate/transfer livestock into designated holding areas
• Maintain accurate records of livestock arrivals
• Notify manager of any animal welfare issues or documentation discrepancies
• Maintain and safely operate tools and equipment
• Deal with animal waste in accordance with processes
• Complete duties within the required timescale
• Work in accordance with animal welfare requirements
