Requirements
- Suitable qualifications and experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably with meat or food production experience
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, PLC control, refrigeration, and PTW systems
- Relevant Electrical and/or Mechanical Qualification
- Hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong teamwork skills and a professional attitude
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines efficiently
- Proven relationship-building skills and the ability to influence
