Skilled Knife Operators - Boning Hall

We are seeking skilled knife operatives to join our Boning Hall team at Kepak Cork. As part of our multi-cultural and diverse workforce, you’ll have the opportunity to learn, develop and build your knowledge of the food industry.

Requirements

• Proven knife skills with previous experience working in a boning hall or abattoir environment.
• Strong butchery experience within a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Consistently meet production targets and maintain required line speed.
• Comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
