Requirements
- Proven knife skills with previous experience working in a boning hall or abattoir environment.
- Strong butchery experience within a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Consistently meet production targets and maintain required line speed.
- Comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
