Kepak Cork is seeking skilled knife operatives to join our Boning Hall team, responsible for processing meat products, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven knife skills with previous experience working in a boning hall or abattoir environment.
• Strong butchery experience within a fast‐paced food manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
