Role Overview

Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with internal and external clients, and oversee the technical supervision of general building facilities, including plumbing, sanitary, builders work, and landscaping.

What You Will Do

Respond to customer service requests, produce monthly executive reports, maintain Data Center Systems, and troubleshoot and recommend system upgrades.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Strong oral and written communication skills, experience in facilities management and maintenance, and ability to work in a project environment are required. Previous experience in data centre, hospital, pharmaceutical production, or power plant is preferred.

Requirements

• Qualified Diploma/Degree Level in Facilities Management
• Minimum 3 years direct industry experience
• Excellent understanding and experience of general facilities management and maintenance regime
• Experience of working within a Project Environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Computer literate
• Ability to work outside of normal hours
• Ability to learn quickly and gain maximum benefit from training and development programmes
