Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) - Per Diem - Shift - Medicine Clinic

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to work on a per diem basis in our Medicine Clinic. The ideal candidate will have advanced training and experience in primary care, with the ability to provide episodic and short-term care to defined patient populations under the supervision of a licensed physician.

Requirements

• Completion of a Physician's Assistant training program approved by the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California
• Possession of a valid certificate issued by the Board of Registered Nursing authorizing use of the title Nurse Practitioner
• Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) card
• RQI Provider certification and competency
