Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy with a Doctoral Degree in pharmacy AND one (1) year of residency or internship in clinical pharmacy
• OR Two (2) years supervised experience in clinical pharmacy activities
• LICENSE: Possession of a current valid license to practice pharmacy in the State of California is required at the time of appointment to this position
• Possession and maintenance of a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) card

• New Hire Bonus: $6,000.00 paid in three installments
• New Hire Premium: +6% of base rate of pay, matched up to 6% if contributed to Deferred Compensation Plan
