Job Description
Kern Medical is seeking a Supervising Clinical Laboratory Scientist to oversee the operation of a major section of the Clinical Laboratory. The ideal candidate will have experience as a licensed Clinical Laboratory Scientist and a Master's degree in a laboratory science. They will be responsible for supervising staff, coordinating quality assurance programs, and training medical technology students.
Requirements
- Three years experience as a licensed Clinical Laboratory Scientist
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree in a laboratory science
- Certification by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP)
- Valid license to practice as a Medical Technologist in the State of California
