Library Student Assistant

Supports the daily operations of Lightner Library by assisting in various areas, including Circulation Desk, Interlibrary Loan, Archives, and Technical Services, with the expectation of availability and commitment during both the fall and spring semesters.

Requirements

• Keuka College student in the traditional undergraduate on-campus program
• Ability to work independently and to follow library procedures
• Excellent customer service skills, reliability, and detail oriented
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• Always understand and behave with a high level of integrity and complete confidentiality
• Ability to be sensitive to and respond to needs/concerns of students, faculty, college staff and the public
