2-5 years of experience as an educator or trainer in the professional hair industry, proven presentation and facilitation skills, and cultural adaptability

Follow a relevant HBO/WO-level education, speak and write flawless Dutch and English, and take the initiative

Completed MBO education in mechanical engineering or a comparable field, at least 3 years of relevant work experience, good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems

Are passionate about the haircare industry, numerically strong, and proficient in English and Microsoft Excel

2-3 years of experience in a similar role, MBO level 3 diploma, and experience with production machines

Completed MBO mechanical engineering training, proactive, and willing to work in a 2-shift service

MBO level 2 diploma, 3+ years of experience as an Operator, and experience in a production environment

1 year of work experience as an industrial cleaner, MBO level 2 diploma, quality-conscious and willing to follow safety training

MBO work and thinking level, good command of Dutch, experience in production environment

Master's degree, 5-7 years of experience, strong leadership and communication skills
