Senior Color Development Chemist

We are seeking a Senior Color Development Chemist to lead projects, drive innovation, and collaborate with various teams to deliver exceptional products in the formulation and development of hair dyes, bleaches, and professional hair care products.

Requirements

• Master's in chemistry, cosmetic science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the formulation and development of hair dyes; experience with bleaches and other technical products is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully launching cosmetic products to market.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to think strategically and drive innovation in product development.
