Job Description
As a Senior Product Developer in the Prestige Hair Care & Styling R&D team, you will support initiatives for global Sebastian and Nioxin brands, as well as projects for the North American retail and pro market. Develop, qualify, and launch innovative hair care & styling products based on consumer insights for Sebastian and Nioxin brands.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Personal Care Product Development, ideally in Hair Care & Styling or Skin
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in biology/biotech, chemistry, cosmetic or natural sciences
- Experience developing & delivering initiatives from conception to launch
- Ability to translate consumer needs into technical deliverables & new product ideas
- Strong communication skills and capable of working with multifunctional groups to move project forward
