Job Description
We are looking for a forward-thinking Global Customer & Capability Educator to help shape the future of education at Keune. In this role, you’ll combine deep craft knowledge with the ability to build scalable education programs that support our business partners, subsidiaries, and Keune salon worldwide.
Requirements
- Deliver and develop the Keune Onboarding & Level Certification program (Levels 1–5)
- Lead Train-the-Trainer programs
- Support global product launches
- Partner closely with markets to ensure education is aligned to sales and brand strategy
- Co-create content and capability tools
- Act as a bridge between Keune Global Education and local education teams
- Track, measure, and report the ROI of education
