Job Description
The Branch Manager role involves leading a team to provide excellent client service, analyzing clients' needs, and recommending financial solutions. The role is accountable for branch operations and compliance, and requires a strong focus on acquiring and growing small business relationships. The Branch Manager will work with the branch team to achieve individual and team goals, and will be responsible for coaching and developing the team. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales capacity with a demonstrated ability to lead and coach a successful sales team.
