Merchant Sales Advisor

The Merchant Sales Advisor is responsible for growing client relationships with payment and card processing needs, assisting as part of the client's trusted advisor team for solutions, and resolving client issues. The role requires a focus on developing, managing, and retaining profitable client relationships for clients with basic to moderately complex merchant needs.

Requirements

• Acquire new merchant services relationships through prospecting external sources within the sales representative's assigned territory, as well as through referrals from client-focused teams
• Consult with prospective businesses in identifying the proper payment solution to meet the business needs
• Prospect small and medium-sized businesses in the sales representative's assigned region to supplement bank referrals
• Performs other duties as assigned
