Outbound Sales Development Representative - SaaS/IoT, North America

We are seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to engage potential customers across the United States and Canada, introducing them to the capabilities of the Keycafe SmartBox.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SDR or in an outbound sales role
• Excellent spoken and written English with minimal accent
• Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections professionally
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed measurable sales targets
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Tech-savvy, curious about innovative B2B solutions, and quick to learn new tools
