Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering
- 5+ years in a senior, principal, or architect-level leadership role
- Hands-on expertise designing and optimizing data pipelines and architectures using Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and Azure Data Services
- Strong understanding of modern analytics architectures (data warehouse, data lake, lakehouse)
- Experience overseeing multiple concurrent project teams
- Experience in client-facing roles, with involvement in pre-sales and proposals
- Strong leadership with excellent communication skills
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of consultants or data engineers
