Solution Engineer for Services

Role Overview

The Solution Engineer for Services at Keysight Device Security bridges Account Management and Operations, understanding customer needs, scoping projects, and defining approaches. They collaborate with Account Managers and the delivery team to execute services, meet customer expectations, and analyze market trends.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with Account Managers, Security Lab, and delivery teams to execute services, negotiate deals, and maintain industry expertise. Define and maintain Statement of Work, ProjectPlan, and effort calculator templates, as well as commercial training for Account Managers.

Requirements

• Technical (e.g. computer science) academic background
• At least 5 years of experience in mobile security technology
• Knowledge and expertise in payment security certification industry, including PCI MPOC and EMVco SBMP
• Strong commercial drive
• Excellent communication skills (in English)
• Ability to travel internationally, occasionally (up to 10% of your time)
