Solutions Planning Engineer (Test Technology)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Solutions Planner to join our team in the Manufacturing Test Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solution initiatives and plans to drive the near-term as well as longer term success of our organization in the field of electronics testing in the manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics specific to manufacturing test technologies. Formulate and implement NPI plans, initiatives, and action plans to drive growth, improve performance, and enhance the organization's competitive advantage in the manufacturing test technologies industry space.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in solution planning, business development, upstream marketing, or customer applications
• Strong business acumen and fast learners
• Self-motivated and results-driven with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative global environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and passion for the role
