Keystone Human Services seeks a full-time Program Specialist to provide leadership and support to employees and individuals served within assigned programs, coordinating assessments, support plans, and education development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and two years' experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism
- Master's degree or higher and one year experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism
- Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing, and to read, interpret and apply written information
- Intermediate computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and learn web-based systems
- Valid driver's license and access to properly insured vehicle
- Successful completion of pre-employment process, including Criminal History, MVR, Child Abuse and FBI clearances
- Supervisory experience is preferred
