Intellectual Disability - Program Supervisor

Keystone Human Services is seeking Program Supervisors to provide individualized support in intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. As a Program Supervisor, you will oversee program planning, implementation, and evaluation, while performing direct support duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of work experience in human services or related field
• Associate’s degree with sixty (60) credited hours and one (1) year experience in human services or related field
• Bachelor’s degree and work experience in human services or related field preferred
• One (1) year of supervisory experience, preferred
• Ability to successfully complete and maintain required certifications
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process
