Intellectual Disability- Program Supervisor

Keystone Human Services is seeking Program Supervisors to provide individualized support in intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. The role involves leading program planning, implementation, and evaluation while performing direct support duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience in human services
• Associate's degree with 1 year experience in human services
• Bachelor's degree and work experience in human services preferred
• One year of supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to complete required certifications and trainings
• Effective communication and computer skills
• Valid driver's license and access to a privately maintained vehicle
