We provide community-based services to children and adults with autism, individuals with intellectual disabilities, and adults experiencing mental illness. Our programs also include early intervention, Capital Area Head Start, and Susquehanna Service Dogs. Although we’re based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, we serve children, adults, and families throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and Connecticut, as well as Moldova and India.
Job Description
Keystone Human Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide individualized support in intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. The role involves creating a healthy home setting, teaching daily living skills, and advocating for the health and wellness of the people supported.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Twenty-one years of age or older
- Effective communication and basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications
