Requirements

• Administers multiple quotes and the Request for Quote (RFQ) process
• Manages quote team to ensure accurate and thorough RFQ response
• Interacts with Manufacturers Representatives (MR) and Sales Executives to resolve discrepancies in the RFQ
• Assists Program Managers in administering customer contracts
• Manages and empowers cross-functional New Product Introduction (NPI) and Customer Produced Product Transfer (CPPT) teams
• Creates action lists and timelines per the NPI process and tracks programs from team meetings
• Maintains cash flow, program timeline, resource and milestone charts
• Generates, maintains and publishes weekly reports on cost, quality and delivery
• Communicates progress with customers on a regular basis with the guidance from Senior Program Managers
