Operator 1

We are seeking an Operator 1 to provide assembly support for the Operations and support the new product introduction (NPI) process. This position will assist in packing, assembly, prep, and basic testing. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

Requirements

• Assemble component piece parts, brackets, screws, gaskets, insulators, spring and plug terminals to printed circuit boards and other work-related material.
• Perform adjustments on assemblies to assure quality parts.
• Use machines, power screw driver, pliers, wire cutters, staple and glue guns and other small hand tools.
• Perform test per test instructions.
• Visually check for discrepancies.
• Maintain related records and perform associated handling operations
• To inspect assemblies for quality, assuring that product meets customer requirements.
• Ability to operate various types of assembly and equipment to support the production process.
• Perform other duties when required that are outside of normal job duties.
