We're looking for a Field People and Culture Manager to enable Pizza Hut franchisee partners to strengthen people and culture practices in Pizza Hut restaurants, empowering restaurant leaders and teams to drive customer growth through winning guest experiences and reliable operations.
Requirements
- Act as a strategic consultant to Pizza Hut franchisees
- Identify key opportunities for improvement and partner with franchise leaders to set people and culture goals
- Develop and implement a cohesive change strategy
- Partner with the Operations team to identify shared opportunities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise partners
- Leverage data to measure and share progress against key people and operational metrics
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with franchisees and internal teams
- Own agendas, facilitate meetings, and deliver presentations to key franchisee committee leaders
- Manage vendor relationships
- Execute programs guided by industry benchmarks
- Facilitate formal agreements with Franchisees
